   Please read the Terms and Conditions for making donations for the construction of the conference centre of Lectorium Rosicrucianum – International School of the Golden Rosycross and, if you agree with them, please indicate your agreement by ticking the check-box in front of the text I agree to the Terms and Conditions. After making this checkmark and clicking on the respective virtual button, you are deemed to have read the Terms and Conditions and agree to abide by them. These Terms and Conditions constitute a DONATION AGREEMENT between you and Association Lectorium Rosicrucuanum and shall be binding only between you and the Association in respect of any donation made by you for the purpose of building the conference centre of Lectorium Rosicrucianum.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR MAKING DONATIONS
FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A CONFERENCE CENTRE

This document contains the Terms and Conditions for making donations for the construction of a conference centre of Lectorium Rosicrucianum – International School of the Golden Rosycross, a non-profit private benefit association registered in the Trade Register and Register of Non-Profit Legal Entities of the Republic of Bulgaria with UIC 121841897, with registered address at: Municipality of Sofia, Lyulin District, city of Sofia, residential quarter Obelya – Part Three, 16 Zvanche St. (hereinafter referred to as Lectorium Rosicrucianum).

I. GENERAL PROVISIONS

Art. 1. Definitions:

Conference Centre: Lectorium Rosicrucianum has started building a conference centre located in the Polenaka area in the territory of the village of Krasnovo, Hissarya Municipality, Plovdiv District. This centre shall be used for the purposes of the activities of Lectorium Rosicrucianum. Conferences and other events organized by Lectorium Rosicrucianum will be held there.

Lectorium Rosicrucianum – International School of the golden Rosicross: a non-profit private benefit association registered in the Trade Register and Register of Non-Profit Legal Entities of the Republic of Bulgaria with UIC 121841897, with registered address at: Municipality of Sofia, Lyulin District, city of Sofia, residential quarter Obelya – Part Three, 16 Zvanche St. It is part of the chain of mystery schools that developed the earlier impulses of spiritual awakening of humanity – schools such as those of the Gnostics, Bogomils, Albigenses, Cathars and the classical Rosicrucians of the 17th century. The purposes for which Lectorium Rosicrucianum was founded are as follows: To contribute to the formation of new spiritual personalities on the basis of the study of the best examples of the Bulgarian and world spiritual heritage; to contribute to the understanding of the Gnostic philosophical tradition from the point of view of the contemporary requirements for the development of humanity; to contribute to the spiritual transformation of personality and to the acquisition of new consciousness. The means by which Lectorium Rosicrucianum pursues its aims are: organising lectures and discourses, holding conferences, exhibitions, seminars, symposia and meetings organised by the National Directorate; making contacts with foreign organisations which aim at promoting the Rosicross teaching. The association does not carry out economic activities and is supported by membership fees and donations. It is registered as personal data controller according to the Data Protection Act.

Electronic document is an electronic document in the meaning of the Electronic Document and Electronic Signature Act.

Malicious acts are acts or omissions that violate Internet ethics or harm persons connected to the Internet or associated networks, sending unsolicited mail (such as unsolicited commercial messages, spam, junk mail), flooding channels, gaining access to resources with someone else’s rights and passwords, exploiting flaws in systems for personal gain or for obtaining information (hack), committing acts that could be classified as industrial espionage or sabotage, damaging or destroying systems or information arrays (crack), sending “Trojan horses’ or causing the installation of viruses or remote control systems, interfering with the normal operation of other users of the Internet and associated networks, or committing any other act that may qualify as a criminal offence or administrative offence under the Bulgarian law or other applicable law.

Web page for the purposes of these Terms and Conditions means a component and separate part of a website.

Information system/System is any single device or set of interconnected or similar devices which, in the execution of a particular program, provides or is one of the elements providing automatic data processing.

Virtual pos-terminal: The definition is given in Bulgarian National Bank Regulation No. 3 of 18 April 2018 on the Conditions and Procedures fir Opening Payment Accounts, for Executing Payment Transactions and for Using Payment Instruments, § 1. item 2 of the Additional Provisions: a logically defined POS terminal device through which transfers to payment accounts, payment for goods and services, reference and other payment and non-payment operations are carried out via the Internet, ATL terminal devices or digital telephones when using a payment or prepaid card in online mode.

Bank card is a debit or credit card with which the Donator makes a donation through the Lectorium Rosicrucianum’s virtual pos-terminal. According to the definition in Art. 25 of Bulgarian National Bank Regulation No. 3 of 18 April 2018 on the Conditions and Procedures fir Opening Payment Accounts, for Executing Payment Transactions and for Using Payment Instruments: a payment card is a type of personalised payment instrument (debit or credit card) which is used repeatedly for the identification of the authorised payment service user and for remote access to a payment account and/or a pre-agreed credit limit and with which payment and reference transactions can be made.

Donator: a natural or legal person who provides a grant of money for the construction of the conference centre and for expenses directly related to its construction or operation. The donation is made through a bank account, a virtual pos-terminal or PayPal.


II. SUBJECT-MATTER

Art. 2. The Donator shall grant Lectorium Rosicrucianum funds for the construction of the conference centre and for the expenses directly related to the construction of the centre or its operation. The donation is made through a bank account, a virtual pos-terminal or PayPal.

Lectorium Rosicrucianum accepts with gratitude all donations and guarantees that they will be used for the purposes for which they are given.

Art. 3. In order to make a donation, the Donator needs to send the determined by him/her amount of money to the bank account of Lectorium Rosicrucianum or fill in the electronic form linked to the Virtual Pos Terminal, or to use the PayPal link or QR code indicated on the Lectorium Rosicrucianum web page https://lectorium-rosicrucianum.bg/conf-centre-en/#donations.

1. By ticking the check box in front of the text I agree to the Terms and Conditions and clicking the respective virtual button, the Donator makes an electronic statement within the meaning of the Electronic Document and Electronic Signature Act, by which he/she declares that he/she is familiar with these Terms and Conditions, accepts them and undertakes to comply with them. The text of these Terms and Conditions is available on the website of Lectorium Rosicrucianum at https://lectorium-rosicrucianum.bg/conf-centre-en/#donations in a manner that allows its storage and reproduction.

2. Before making the statement referred to in para 1, the Donator may freely correct the information entered by him/her in the electronic donation form.

3. When completing the electronic donation form, the Donator should provide true identification information about himself/herself as required by the online form.

4. At any time you can check the status of your transaction by the amount, first name, last name and donation number. Please note, however, that Borica’s server only stores data for transactions completed in the last 24 hours. However, on the Lectorium Rosicrucianum server the above data are stored without bank card numbers, so you can get information on whether your donation has been credited to the Lectorium Rosicrucianum account.

III. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

Personal Data

Art. 4
1. Lectorium Rosicrucianum is entitled to collect and use the information about the Donator indicated in the electronic form. The information by which the Donator can be identified, may include first name, last name and country.

Processing the information about the Donator

Art. 5
1. Lectorium Rosicrucianum shall apply due care and shall be responsible for the protection of the Donator’s information that has become known to Lectorium in connection with the donation, subject of these Terms and Conditions, except in case of force majeure, accidental events or malicious acts of third parties.

2. By expressing consent with these Terms and Conditions, the Donator agrees to the processing of the information about him/her in the manner provided in these Terms and Conditions.

3. The restrictions under para 1 shall not apply if the Donator has committed malicious acts within the meaning of these Terms and Conditions or has violated the rights or legitimate interests of third parties. In such a case, Lectorium Rosicrucianum shall be entitled to provide the Donator’s personal information to the relevant competent state authorities in accordance with the legislation in force.

Purposes for which the information may be used and storage period

Art. 6
1. Lectorium Rosicrucianum shall collect and use the information referred to in Art. 4 for the purposes set out in these Terms and Conditions.

2. Lectorium Rosicrucianum shall erase the personal data provided for the purpose of making the donation, subject to these Terms and Conditions when the grounds for their processing cease to exist. The accounting documents shall be kept for a period of 10 years.

3. Personal data are collected, stored and processed solely for the purpose of granting the donations as described in these Terms and Conditions, in accordance with the applicable provisions of the current legislation and pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament (GDPR).

Disclosure of information

Art. 7
1. Lectorium Rosicrucianum shall not disclose any personal information about the Donator and shall not provide the collected information to third parties such as state authorities, commercial companies, individuals or others, except in cases when:
     - Lectorium has received the express consent of the Donator;
     - The information has been demanded by state authorities or officials who are authorised under the current legislation to demand and collect such information in accordance with the procedures established by the law;
     - other cases as provided for by the law.

Donator’s rights as data subject

Art. 8
The Donator, as data subject, has the following rights:

1. Request the Processor to rectify or restrict the processing of his/her personal data or object to processing such data;

2. Request the Processor to erase without undue delay his personal data which will be done, if the conditions under Art. 17 of EP Regulation 2016/679 are applicable;

3. To obtain from the Processor his/her personal data;

4. To request transferability of his/her personal data and this should be done, if applicable, in accordance with Art. 20 of EP Regulation 2016/679.

5. To be notified of the rectification, erasure and restriction in the processing of his/her personal data initiated by Lectorium Rosicrucianum, if he/she explicitly requests so;

6. To lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority – the Commission for Personal Data Protection, regarding his/her personal data that he/she has provided to the Processor;

7. To submit a written request for enforcement of his/her rights to the Processor – on paper or by e-mail using the following contact point at e-mail: lrc_nr@abv.bg
When submitting a written request, you must provide proof of your identity in an unquestionable manner.

IV. Settlement of disputes

Art. 9 Bulgarian law shall apply to settle any disputes arising from or in connection with the donation, subject to these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any dispute, the matter shall be settled in a friendly manner between the Donator and Lectorium Rosicrucianum . In the event of failure to resolve the dispute in a friendly manner, the dispute shall be referred to the competent Bulgarian court.
